The Art Director manages all marketing endeavors as they relate to building Victoria's Secret Beauty & Accessories. Partner with AVP Creative Services & Marketing to establish and lead seasonal creative strategies to evolve product presentations that are brand exclusive, customer intuitive and scalable for all stores. Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Visual, Store Design and Construction, and Sales to ensure optimal in-store experience.

Directs art for VSBA (POS, Advertising, Media, Internals, Printed Marketing Materials)
Develop Monthly Sign packs to support key product launches and seasonal messaging
Provide approvals for all creative and transcreation
Drive communication and alignment among all marketing vehicles and tools to develop integrated plans and set the teams up for successful execution
Partner with Marketing to support concept development for pop-ups and HPP activities
Accountable for improving creative workflow, streamlining process for faster turnaround, at less cost, without error, at the highest quality output
Secure alignment and support from key leaders and cross-functional partners
Primary liaise and communication bridge between Creative Services, Marketing and Visual
Manage, coordinate and organize execution of various marketing tools/programs outlined in the overarching strategy; anticipates and resolve potential problems/issues
Partner with Visual Merchandising to support the development of 3D items needed to enhance VM presentations.
Develop and manage seasonal creative budget, working closely with direct reports and AVP/Director Marketing to prioritize key initiatives and maximize ROI
Manage project plans and deadlines in a diplomatic manner to achieve all marketing objectives on time and within established budgets
Maintain and strengthen our customers emotional connection with the VS brand
Execute engaging initiatives that strengthen the brands dominance, keeping our brand top of her mind
Seek, manage and grow mutually beneficial relationships with key external partners including marketing agencies and other relevant, brand-elevating properties
Work closely with internal and external counterparts to ensure consistency with VS brand voice, guidelines, timelines & deliverables
Support the development of Concepts for Meetings & events as related to VSBA (Partner Meetings, Global Sales Meetings, Brand Conference, etc)

Ability to understand abstract ideas fully and logically address project objectives with limited direction
Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite Mac CS4/CS6
Proficient knowledge of web/email and video technologies; HTML, (X)HTML(5), Flash, Photoshop
6-10 years experience in Retail Creative, Marketing, Advertising or related field
Excellent presentation, relationship building and communication skills
Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Highly organized, flexible and have a proven multi-tasking ability
Working knowledge of digital space and cross-channel activation strategies and techniques
Ability to work in high stress- tight deadline environment
Agility- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing needs
Ability to travel as necessary

Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design Marketing, Graphic or Design
