•Understand the impact of personal selling behaviors on the sales equation and adjust accordingly
•Make appropriate product recommendations, and be an expert in asking for the sale
•Display a passion for home fragrance, and an ability to create a comfortable, inspiring experience
•Be accessible, aware, present and ready to assist all customers
•Uncover customer’s needs through open ended questions
•Seek feedback from customers and share accordingly
•Drive consistent sales results during each shift
•Accurately track sales performed and link to personal accountability to the result
•Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
