o Supports a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
o Builds customer loyalty by opening Victoria's Secret Angel cards, converting customer relationship marketing and customer capture
o Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and creates lasting customer impressions
o Demonstrates behaviors that create a highly satisfying cash wrap experience
o Reinforces customer buying decision and encourages purchase of additional items, including the sale of gift cards
o Maintains awareness of all promotions and applicable ringing procedures
o Manages incoming phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette and greeting
o Utilizes mobile point of sale (MPOS) units during peak times
o Engages with customers on the sales floor and passes to sales associate as appropriate
o Assists in housekeeping of cash wrap and adjacent selling zones to create a clean and neat environment for customers and associates
o Adheres to current packaging standards
o Ensures cash wraps are maintained and stocked with appropriate levels of packaging and other supplies
o Understands and adheres to brand guide standards in the cash wrap selling zone, including working with sales associates to recover "go-backs"
o Reinforces all activities related to providing a safe working environment
o Reinforces store strategy to reduce shrink
o Maintains an awareness of loss prevention by supporting a culture of honesty and connecting the link between customer service and shrink

Contributes to building a high performance team:
o Communicates effectively with direct manager, Sales Leadership Team and peers
o Provides feedback on improvement opportunities and any obstacles that hinder execution
o Acts as a shadow partner to new team members as requested, which may include participating in cash wrap training of new associates
o Understands and demonstrates Limited Brands' values
